  • All prices listed are exclusive of GST.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:
    Payment must be made prior to dispatch via Electronic Funds Transfer or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard). Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been verified or received in full into the Jon Monsir bank account.
  • Account Orders:
    For approved account holders, payment terms are strictly NET 30 DAYS from the date of invoice.
    A completed and approved account application form is required before any credit terms are established.

Samples
Product samples are available on request and will be supplied under the same terms and conditions as outlined above.

Shipping

  • A minimum shipping charge of $15 applies to all orders Australia-wide.
  • Orders are generally delivered within 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

At Jon Monsir Uniforms, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange if:

  • The item is faulty upon receipt.
  • The item does not match the product description.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be received within 15 days from the invoice date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, saleable condition. With no logo.
  • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Exchanges due to incorrect sizing are not eligible for free return shipping, as detailed sizing guide is available on website.
